1. Someone being raced in a stretcher not showing clear signs of injury. If the person was badly injured though racing them in a stretcher is not a good idea and if there are loads of injured, racing the person won't get them attended to more quickly. Racing stretchers is a common hallmark in psyops.
2. People carrying children but that doesn't mean any of them are seriously injured. Children being carried is a real heartstring puller.
3. At 19s we see a nurse squirting liquid onto what looks like a serious wound on a woman's arm but the woman doesn't flinch. Wouldn't you think that if it was a serious wound that having liquid squirted on it would cause some discomfort?
4. At 26s we see a small boy with a bandage round his head showing no signs of blood (bandage round the head is very, very common in these things) and a piece of swabby stuff on the inside of his elbow but there's no wound.
