Palestine: Subjugated and Slowly Stolen Over 75 Years

How Has This Ever Been Right or Justified?

How can this be construed as anything but the slow and methodical eradication of both a people and a culture? Israel is the only place in the “free” world that could get away with this now. They have stolen nearly all Palestinian lands and about everything else as well and are somehow the “victims” if the Palestinians fight back. Who are the “terrorists”?

This is a really large, high-resolution map of Gaza that doesn’t look too great because of Substack’s limitations. Gaza has been called the “World’s Largest Open Air Prison” for very good reason. The people living here are completely boxed in both on land and at sea and are dependent on their captors for everything that sustains life. Where else in the world is this allowed?

This map details the huge, short falls of clean water, energy and other basic infrastructure necessary to sustain life in an enclosed largely urban environment like Gaza. Here every day is a struggle just to acquire basics for survival.

Gaza’s jailers have imposed ever greater limits on even the ability for Palestinians to fish in their own waters. There is no leaving Gaza by sea. They are, effectively, cut off from the outside world by these and many other restrictions. The old British TV show The Prisoner comes to mind.

I remember viewing a documentary several years ago that followed one man and his son on the harrowing journey that Israel has made out of family members who live in different parts of Palestine even visiting one another. This is one of the last brazenly apartheid systems left on Earth. Israel always plays the victim and gets a pass.

The hundreds of thousands of ordinary Gazans that have been ordered to evacuate the North are now homeless for all practical purposes. This family is moving south on foot to an extremely uncertain future. Resources here are already at the breaking point and there is little hope of finding shelter wherever they end up. There is, of course, no leaving Gaza and what will there be to return to after Israel is through?

This family tries to preserve some normalcy and dignity in the face of overwhelming odds. The people of Gaza are used to suffering every indignity imaginable at the hands of the Israelis and having most of the world be indifferent about it. A new poll today allegedly showed 13% of people in the US have no pity in their hearts at all for these people. Another, much higher percentage had very little.

This was the state of affairs in 2008 on the West Bank. This had all been Palestinian territory in 1967. By this time Palestinians were largely restricted to the light grey, partitioned, often actually walled in areas on this map. They, of course had no choice in any of this and even more territory was lost in the years after 2008.

The red, orange and yellow areas represent “Israeli settlements”. The green striped areas represent areas Israel is reserving for more, future possible settlements. How is this anything but theft? Many of these “settlements” are occupied by actual American Jews.

In the proposed Donald DUMP plan the Palestinians were set to lose yet again. The darker purple areas were to be officially “annexed” by Israel and official Palestinian areas, in pale yellow, of course reduced yet again. Is there a pattern here???

In the 2000’s the wanton destruction of Palestinian olive orchards by often Jewish, American “settlers” became a constant occurrence. This was the symbolism of the olive branch being turned upside down. Often these orchards, some of them hundreds of years old, were the only income these families had. I guess “terrorism” is in the eye of those with all the power.

A good night’s work has destroyed this likely centuries old olive tree. With it goes a people, their ancestral lands, their traditions and culture. What future can there be here?

Another “Israeli settlement” built for foreign invaders on ancestral lands stolen from the Palestinians. This increasingly appears to be the future of Palestinian people and their lands.

Yet one more “settlement” for foreign invaders built on Palestinian lands. How is it exactly that this is in any way moral or ethical. Is there anything remotely resembling moral high ground here? This is the ethics of the Babylonian Talmud and it’s talk of the “Goyim” (all none Jews) put on full display for the world.

What is happening in Israel currently is just the next step in irradicating the Palestinian “problem” for good. If the world sits back, they will eventually achieve that goal one way or another.

Any Americans that believe there is anything right or remotely normal or moral about any of this are going to very richly deserve what’s coming just right around the corner for them. What goes around comes around and this crap isn’t going to stay just “over there” for too much longer. These people hate EVERYONE who aren’t THEM and are planning accordingly…………
