I don't think you're wrong about a sizeable part of Israel and professed Jews who are not, but God always has a remnant, and regardless of whether the synagogue of satan are calling the shots politically/militarily/commercially (I believe they are) the land still belongs to the real Jews, both the messianic Jews as well as those who are still rejecting Jesus and who will eventually say "blessed is he who comes in the name of The Lord".

"Every" is also a big word, I could particularly put forward the example of messianic Rabbis as a counterexample to the notion that every single Rabbi studies the Zohar.
You are, of course, correct that there is only one covenant and it is salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. It doesn't make the slightest difference whether someone is Jewish or Gentile, the Bible is very clear on that. That's why the remnant of orthodox Jewish Israel that is saved will eventually look on him who they pierced, mourn and repent.
I sympathise with your "it's easy for you to say" point, but we're called to forgive those who persecute us, and we're given the consumate example to follow in that regard.
It wouldn't matter if it was currently occupied by Aborigines, Eskimos or whoever else, God gave it to the Jews in perpetuity and his word is very clear on that, so it belongs to them no matter who might actually be there at any particular time.
